Since every one is complaining about the other defects of Helen of Troy Foot Spa my concern is the noisy sound of the product. I can’t even listen to music while feet are soaked with Helen of Troy Foot Spa. 

I have a companion who goes with me when I for a salon. She said that the vibration to the Helen of Troy Foot Spa is really irritating. The vibration sound can also be felt even in furniture and on the floor. It is also hard to clean.

Some expectations of the clients are not meet by the Helen of Troy Foot Spa. Only fifty percent of what they had expected is only met by the product. The buttons that suppose to be moving to massage the foot will move if you will move them, that’s how frustrating the Helen of Troy Foot Spa.

It’s sad but these are what the people have felt after using the product.
